Automated Outlook Macro to batch send files using excel spreadsheet:
Setting up this automated elemental process should take roughly 20-30 minutes; however, it will be well worth it in the time saved not creating individual emails for each elemental file.
Download the following Instruction file and follow. There are also 2 excel templates to show how to setup your excel spreadsheet. Make sure you replace "marc.rockwellpate" with your login name and video file segment filenames in excel before running macro.
If your email enabled computer does not allow you to run Outlook macros ask ADP / Ships IT for help.
